What does the Clooper platform cover?
Clooper covers end-to-end corporate travel: flights (domestic and international), accommodation, ground transport, and expense management — all within a single dashboard with real-time reporting.
Can we set travel policies within the platform?
Yes. You can configure granular travel policies — spend limits, preferred suppliers, approval workflows, and booking restrictions — aligned to your internal governance requirements. Policies can differ by department, region, or seniority level.
Does Clooper support multi-currency and multi-region travel?
Yes. The platform is designed for organisations operating across multiple geographies. We support bookings in multiple currencies and can surface region-appropriate suppliers for travel across Africa, Europe, and the Americas.
Can travellers book directly, or does everything go through a travel manager?
Both models are supported. You can configure self-service booking within policy bounds, manager-only booking, or a hybrid model where employees request and managers approve — whatever fits your governance structure.
What integrations does Clooper support?

How does expense management work in Clooper?
Travellers can upload receipts via mobile, which are automatically categorised and matched to their trip. Managers review and approve expense claims within the same platform — no separate tools or manual reconciliation.
Does Clooper support corporate card integration?
Yes. Corporate card transactions can be automatically imported and matched to trips and receipts, significantly reducing manual data entry and the risk of errors.
Can we generate spend reports by department, project, or cost centre?
Yes. The reporting dashboard allows you to slice spend data by team, cost centre, project code, destination, or date range — giving finance teams the visibility they need without waiting for end-of-month reconciliation.
